kawasili.com is operated by KAWASILI, the export division of Shamba Kahawa, Kayanza, Burundi. The site provides information about our specialty green coffee and channels for B2B inquiries.

3. No binding offer

Coffee descriptions, lots, scores, and prices shown on the site are indicative and do not constitute a binding commercial offer. Final terms (price, MOQ, incoterms, lead time) are confirmed in a written quote signed by both parties.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not submit false information or impersonate others.
• Do not use the forms for spam, phishing or unsolicited marketing.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, rate limits or access controls.
• Do not reuse our copy, photos or branding without written permission.

5. Intellectual property

All site content (text, photography, logos, design) is © KAWASILI / Shamba Kahawa unless otherwise indicated. The KAWASILI and Akeza Ki Kawa names and marks are reserved.

8. Export & trade compliance

Coffee shipments are subject to Burundi export regulations and the import rules of the destination country. Buyers are responsible for ensuring import compliance, customs clearance and applicable duties.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Burundi. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Bujumbura, unless a separate written contract specifies otherwise.
